Home for the Holidays Early Bird Reservations Due Nov. 15 modified: Swing’n’Country’s annual holiday dinner-dance will be “Home”
(for the Holidays) this year. It’s a great way to end the year,
celebrating the dancing we’ve come to love, and the friendships we continue
to make and build upon in the dance community. The evening
includes a wonderful dinner buffet in the downstairs banquet hall and door
prizes. After dinner, we’ll head upstairs to dance off the food we’ve eaten. The
festivities are on Friday, December 5 at the Centre at |

modified: Nightclub on Wednesdays in November Join Jill
Popovich as she guides us through Nightclub in November. Jill
incorporates 15 years of physical therapy training and eight years of dance
experience, to provide dancers with what can be best described as “a new way
to look at dancing.” Jill’s
lessons are not just about patterns. They are about body placement and
motion. In previous teaching stints at Swing’n’Country,
attendees have commented with great enthusiasm over Jill’s style at teaching
body movements and motion. If you think you know all the basic of Nightclub,
you’ll be in for a treat as Jill gives new perspective to a dance that is
both romantic and stylish. As always, you can save registration time by downloading
the form
for a monthly package or single lesson and having it ready at the door. |

Carlos Garcia Returns for Two Step Lesson new: Fresh from his month-long stint teaching Wednesday
nights in October, Carlos
Garcia is set to make another visit to Swing’n’Country. Come out November 21st and get some pointers and
techniques on improving your Two Step. Toys for Tots. Swing’n’Country is sponsoring a Toys for Tots drive at this same
dance. Please consider bringing an unwrapped toy as a way of showing support
for kids in need this holiday season.
Toys are needed from infants through teenagers. |
